JNZC started its business in 1994 with a primary focus on R&D and manufacturing industrial precision machinery parts and high-strength special fasteners. Combining their experience from heavy industries, JNZC benefits from precision control and stable quality maintenance, when supplying tower flange bolts, blade studs, and nacelle fasteners for the wind industry. This means that critical processes like heat treatment and NDT have been accredited by PRI Nadcap.
Today, JNZC has 430 professionals and technicians employed, who work in innovative ways to supply customers with products of superior quality, considerate services, and cost-efficient solutions. To ensure the quality of all their products, they have established and deployed high-quality control and assurance standards in addition to well-structured inspection procedures at each critical step of the production process. These are in place throughout the production process to identify and prevent potential defects in each product.

In 2019, three employees attended APQP4Wind Specialist and Management Awareness Training to start their APQP4Wind journey by implementing the framework to make the process of product quality assurance demands as well as the product release process as clear as possible.
Then in 2020, JNZC became an official APQP4Wind Company Member and now, more and more employees of JNZC are trained per APQP4Wind requirements. Quality Director of JNZC, Qiang Ge, says:
