APQP4Wind's Personal Data Policy

It is APQP4Wind alone, which is responsible for collecting and processing personal data on apqp4wind.org.

  • You are entitled to revoke previously registered consent that APQP4Wind processes in relation to sending newsletters and direct mails among other things.
  • You are entitled to request an overview of the personal data you have provided APQP4Wind in a structured form.

Participation in APQP4Wind's Events

As a participant in APQP4Wind’s events, the organization reserves the right to collect and process personal data on participants under the authority of the rules for personal data. The processed data includes name, e-mail, job title, and other relevant information, as well as taking pictures and using these in relevant reports, news articles, and marketing context.

As a Member of APQP4Wind

On the same legal ground, APQP4Wind also reserves the right to store information about its members and key employees as well as to send information relevant to their membership. APQP4Wind also reserves the right to process relevant information about former members for a period of 2 years after which they are deleted.

Protection of your Personal Data

At APQP4Wind we do not share personal data with third parties, however, we do share personal data with our data processors, who also comply with the current Data Protection Regulation. Furthermore, at APQP4Wind we only use software where the security level meets the applicable obligations in the Personal Data Regulation.
