Hopewind joins APQP4Wind at China Wind Power
On October 19th, TÜV Rheinland Greater China held a seminar during China Wind Power 2021 in Beijing where APQP4Wind’s Country Ambassador and Head of SQD China at Vestas Wind Systems, Wendan Ding announced Hopewind as a new APQP4Wind Company Member.
Quality Director of Hopewind, Shengqiang Shao, expresses that Hopewind is honored to become an APQP4Wind Company Member and that they hope to contribute to the development of APQP4Wind and help improve the combination between the APQP4Wind methodology and their management system as a Chinese supplier of wind power converters:
It is our great honor to join APQP4Wind. We hope to combine APQP4Wind with our quality management system better and contribute to the development of APQP4Wind.
As APQP4Wind strives to enable and improve collaboration across borders throughout the entire global wind industry supply chain, the APQP4Wind Organization is happy to welcome one of China’s biggest suppliers of wind power converters to the APQP4Wind Community, says General Manager of APQP4Wind, Kim Nedergaard Jacobsen:

Before applying for an official APQP4Wind Company Membership, Hopewind started their APQP4Wind journey by comparing the original product development process (IPD process) with APQP4Wind requirements and summarizing the difference between them. Next, they added different parts to their IPD process, which made them achieve high integration of APQP4Wind and their IPD process in a short time.
