APQP4Wind releases updated manual

APQP4Wind releases a new version of its manual which includes changes made on the basis of feedback given by users in the wind industry.

The changes made in version 1.1 are primarily minor adjustments and fine-tuning to the wording. The update will not affect users of the 1.0 version, as the first version of the APQP4Wind manual continues to be fully reliable.

The APQP4Wind manual 1.1 is available for purchase either as a hardcopy or an E-version through the certified training providers DNV GL and Bureau Veritas.

In addition, the APQP4Wind website has also been updated and it is now possible to download the APQP4Wind workbook for free.

About APQP4Wind

APQP4Wind is part of the cross-industrial project New Standards in the Wind Industry and aims to expand the use of the newly developed APQP4Wind standard.

APQP4Wind was started in 2015 and is supported by the Danish Industry Foundation and facilitated by Wind Denmark (formerly known as the Danish Wind Industry Association). The APQP4Wind manual has been developed by Vestas Wind Systems, Siemens Wind Power, LM Wind Power, and KK Wind Solutions, who make up the APQP4Wind Board of Directors.
