In 2023, as a strategic step, Exel Composites joined the APQP4Wind Community, aiming to strengthen its wind segment development.

The expanding APQP4Wind Community sees an increase in Utility company participation, culminating in the March 2024 release of the APQP4Wind Manual 1.3, which encompasses the entire wind power value chain. This version signifies a pivotal shift from a Wind Turbine OEM-Supplier relationship to a direct Customer-Supplier model, aiming to streamline processes and enhance efficiency within the industry.

Yinchuan Weili Transmission Technology Co., Ltd focuses on the precision transmission field of the new energy industry. Recognizing the importance of robust R&D and quality assurance methods in wind power, the company proudly joined APQP4Wind in 2023.

The year 2023 was full of memorable highlights for APQP4Wind. We celebrated 5th anniversary as an independent organization, welcomed more utility companies into the community, made great progress in the collaboration with the TIM Wind project, and enjoyed fruitful tours in China. At the beginning of an exciting new year, we would like to share these significant achievements from 2023, which have built a solid base for a fantastic 2024.

During this year´s CHINA WIND POWER, APQP4Wind Secretariat representatives participated in two seminars held by APQP4Wind Training Provider Bureau Veritas Certification and TÜV Rheinland Greater China. An APQP4Wind Company Member Exclusive Discussion Forum was successfully held during the conference, and multiple companies were visited to deepen the Secretariat´s understanding of the Chinese market.

It became APQP4Wind Company Member in 2022, as it can see how APQP4Wind will help streamline its systems and processes in the design and production of components for the wind industry in accordance with its requirements.

SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik has delivered industrial technology solutions for over a century. In 2022, the company joined the APQP4Wind Community as an APQP4Wind Company Member to further prioritize quality standards, ensuring rigorous quality controls and smooth production processes.

For 25 years, F.LLI PARIS S.r.l. a socio unico has been supplying seals for various main bearings with direct or speed-reduced drives for inshore and offshore installations. They decided to join the APQP4Wind Community as a company member to emphasize and extend its presence in the wind industry.
