The expanding APQP4Wind Community sees an increase in Utility company participation, culminating in the March 2024 release of the APQP4Wind Manual 1.3, which encompasses the entire wind power value chain. This version signifies a pivotal shift from a Wind Turbine OEM-Supplier relationship to a direct Customer-Supplier model, aiming to streamline processes and enhance efficiency within the industry.

The year 2023 was full of memorable highlights for APQP4Wind. We celebrated 5th anniversary as an independent organization, welcomed more utility companies into the community, made great progress in the collaboration with the TIM Wind project, and enjoyed fruitful tours in China. At the beginning of an exciting new year, we would like to share these significant achievements from 2023, which have built a solid base for a fantastic 2024.

During this year´s CHINA WIND POWER, APQP4Wind Secretariat representatives participated in two seminars held by APQP4Wind Training Provider Bureau Veritas Certification and TÜV Rheinland Greater China. An APQP4Wind Company Member Exclusive Discussion Forum was successfully held during the conference, and multiple companies were visited to deepen the Secretariat´s understanding of the Chinese market.
