Six APQP4Wind Company Members represented the biggest market shares in 2019

Vestas Wind Systems, Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, Goldwind, GE Renewable Energy, Nordex, and MHI Vestas have two important things in common: They are wind turbine manufacturers with some of the biggest market shares regarding the total number of wind turbine installations in 2019, and they are APQP4Wind Company Members.

This is evident in the newest Global Wind Energy Council market report that was published in May 2020, where they compared 63 wind turbine manufacturers which together installed 22,893 wind turbines with a total capacity of more than 63 GW in 2019.

The report showed that Vestas Wind Systems, Goldwind, Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, GE Renewable Energy, and Nordex ended on the top 10 list showing the biggest wind turbine manufacturers of onshore wind in 2019. Whereas Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, MHI Vestas, and Goldwind made it on the top 10 list of the biggest wind turbine manufacturers of offshore wind in 2019.
