APQP4Wind helped align internal qualifications during the merger

Jupiter Bach’s journey with APQP4Wind began in 2018 with the aim of using their resources more effectively and following the same procedure, while the main part of the automation started in 2019. Global Director BPM & QHSE, Lone Stubberup states:

We have been using APQP for a long time, and with the merger in 2017 between Jupiter Group and BACH Composite Industry, it became clear that we wanted to implement APQP4Wind to strengthen our internal system and align qualifications.
Lone Stubberup, Global Director BPM & QHSE

In the beginning, Jupiter Bach had 10 of their core people from Denmark and China undergo APQP4Wind Specialist and Management Awareness Training conducted by approved APQP4Wind Training Providers.

Now, they have more than 100 trained in APQP4Wind on various levels of the company after having implemented internal training across their global locations to tailor the concept to their specific needs.

Being an APQP4Wind frontrunner

Today, Jupiter Bach performs risk analysis in every single project in advance. They have been learning with their customers, while also pushing them to follow APQP4Wind as well to ensure a uniform way of communicating together.

Earlier, our customers wanted us to follow different procedures, but APQP4Wind has helped us do it one way. The collaboration with our customers now runs much smoother as we use the same language, and all demands are clear.
