APQP4Wind launches an Assessment Tool for the global wind industry
To help further mature and align the global wind industry, the APQP4Wind Assessment Tool has been developed to support companies across the supply chain in assessing their current maturity level and potential areas of improvement in relation to the common quality assurance methodology for the global wind industry, APQP4Wind.
By measuring the approach to and deployment of APQP4Wind, the tool provides a clear overview of the companies' implementation status and the areas that they can further develop to optimize their implementation of APQP4Wind and be among the best in the industry.
Helps meet customers’ demands
A growing number of wind turbine manufacturers and tier 1 suppliers are asking their suppliers to follow and comply with the APQP4Wind methodology to make sure that the suppliers’ products are consistent and reliable and live up to their demands.
