APQP4Wind celebrates key highlights from WindEurope 2025
WindEurope 2025 provided an opportunity to engage with stakeholders across the wind industry and highlight how quality practices can support stronger collaboration and more consistent project outcomes. This article presents some of the main takeaways from APQP4Wind’s participation at the fair.
An important message on the official stage

As part of the “Innovations in Turbine Technology” conference session, Eva Rutkowski, APQP4Wind Board Member and Corporate Vice President of Quality & HSE Technology at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, delivered an impactful presentation titled “APQP4Wind: Revolutionizing Wind Farm Technology with Advanced Quality Planning.”
In front of a full audience of more than 400 participants, Eva illustrated how the APQP4Wind framework focuses on creating a mutual understanding of requirements and critical properties through early engagement along the value chain, helping to reduce time to market and lower quality costs.
She emphasized that the entire value chain benefits from this structured qualification process, not only between OEMs and suppliers but also between utilities and OEMs. As the active risk management within APQP4Wind contributes to higher reliability in wind energy systems and ensures customer satisfaction.
Finally, she invited everyone to join the revolution by introducing standards, methods, and tools through APQP4Wind and stressed that the revolution is already gaining momentum with global adoption. Over 9,600 APQP4Wind Manuals have been sold, and 7,400 individuals have completed APQP4Wind courses across 1,600 companies in 50 countries. More than 150 companies are now also members of APQP4Wind, demonstrating strong industry commitment to APQP4Wind's methodology and standards.
The full attendance at the session reflected the growing interest in advanced quality management practices. Thank you to everyone who joined us - we appreciate the engagement and look forward to supporting even more companies on their APQP4Wind journey.
