Training in the APQP4Wind concept is vital to establishing a common mindset and terminology in the wind industry when working with quality assurance processes. The APQP4Wind Training concept is designed to build these competencies and mature the industry.

Training in the APQP4Wind concept is a vital part of the APQP4Wind journey to ease the implementation steps, broaden your knowledge of APQP4Wind, and establish a common mindset. It ensures that suppliers follow the same procedures for the approval of sub-components (PPAP - Product Part Approval Process) and understand how the standards are to be adopted in practice.
How
APQP4Wind Training is handled by our network of training providers (Bureau Veritas Certification, DNV, TÜV Rheinland Greater China, and SGS), who comply with the APQP4Wind organization’s requirements to get their training setup, content, and trainers approved for APQP4Wind Training. Training held by other training providers is not approved by the APQP4Wind organization.
APQP4Wind Manual
APQP4Wind Training revolves around the APQP4Wind Manual.
The APQP4Wind Manual is designed to make the process of product quality assurance demands (APQP4Wind) as well as the product release process (PPAP4Wind) as clear as possible.
APQP4Wind Certficate
APQP4Wind certificate is sent to you after you passing the training exam.
The certificate is personal and valid in 4 years starting from the exam date. To ensure your APQP4Wind certification remains current, remember to enroll in a refresher course every 4 years.
APQP4Wind Management Awareness Training
The objective of this course is to give the participants a solid understanding of the APQP4Wind processes and introduce the framework, requirements, and tools. In addition, to make the participants reflect on how APQP4Wind can be successfully implemented and thereby mitigate risk and improve value creation.
APQP4Wind Management Awareness Refresher Training
Update and refresh the participants’ knowledge of the APQP4Wind framework, the rationales behind it, and the value of using it from a management perspective. Furthermore, it is to present and discuss the experience achieved in the implementation and use of APQP4Wind in your own companies.
APQP4Wind Specialist Training
The objective of this course is to give the participants a solid understanding of the APQP4Wind processes and introduce the framework, requirements, and tools. Furthermore, to train and to understand how to use and apply the tools in practice.
APQP4Wind Specialist Refresher Training
Update and refresh the participants’ knowledge of APQP4Wind and the rationales behind the changes and stimulate and mobilize the participants for further implementation. Furthermore, it is to present the status and directions of the APQP4Wind development.
APQP4Wind Assessment Tool Training
The objective of this course is to give the participants an understanding of the APQP4Wind Assessment Tool and knowledge of how to use and apply the tool in practice.
APQP4Wind Train the Trainer
Provide the participant with the basic knowledge on how to execute APQP4Wind Awareness Training for All Employees internally in the company. The participant must understand and be able to convey the role that both management and employees play in the APQP4Wind process and communicate the value that the company can gain by implementing APQP4Wind.
APQP4Wind Awareness Training for All Employees
The objective of the Awareness Training for All Employees is to give the employees a basic understanding of APQP4Wind and how they can contribute to achieving quality, risk mitigation, improvement, and value creation using the APQP4Wind process and framework.
APQP4Wind Internal Auditor Training
The objective of the Internal Auditor Training course is to give the participant a solid understanding of APQP4Wind and how an audit can support risk mitigation, improvement, and value creation using the APQP4Wind process and framework.
